To begin, a consultation happens with every appointment, not just your first. It’s important for me to understand what you want and what your lifestyle is like at that time.

It would be silly of me to think you are always going to want the same thing, (even though it’s fine if you do, I will always ask if you’re happy with how everything is working out for you).

For color appointments, a consultation appointment needs to be done before booking your color appointment. I need to be sure I have what you need and that also includes timing, which can be hard to determine before seeing your hair and truly understanding how I am going to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

During your consultation, we will not only talk about the color you would like to get but how exactly that color will fit in with your lifestyle.

I also need to get an understanding of the condition your hair is currently at before moving on with any color service, to ensure we are going through with this in the most healthy way possible.

We will come up with a plan together, I will help you book it at that time so you will leave knowing not only what color you will be getting but how I will be taking care of it during your service, how you need to be taking care of it at home and a more accurate estimate of what the total cost will be.
