The kindest, bubbliest human whose #1 goal is that you feel comfortable, safe, relaxed, and happy every moment you sit in her chair. Amanda involved me in every snip of my hair. She heard every request I made with an excitement to understand my hair, what I wanted, and how to best replicate my own hair care! She offered her expertise and knowledge, allowing me to make informed decisions along the way.
Amanda’s salon is completely catered toward maximizing comfort. It’s little things, like how she arranges the cape so that you never itch and no hair gets on your neck. Or how not a single drop of water entered my ears when she washed my hair. From the water, coffee, or tea she offers to how she turns off the lights when washing your hair so you aren’t bothered - Amanda was just superb in every way.
I am extremely selective with my hair. I don’t really let people touch it, and my curls are very special to me. Amanda handled my hair with love and gentleness and respect. I was so nervous going into a haircut with someone new, but the moment I stepped in any worries I had immediately washed away.
Amanda made my hair dreams come true today!! I am so thankful!! My grandmother came along to have her hair done too, and she was blown away by how excellently Amanda executed her request.
